  • Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and unopened.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or defective.


3. Refund Process

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.

  • You may request a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

  • Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.

  • Opened, used, or tampered physical products


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return upon receipt.
